Shipping cost differs according to the country. You can see the cost in the order form after entering your address details. Please note that shipping costs remain the same when ordering multiple items.
We send our products with DHL Express.

We ship your order in 3-5 business days. Our customer in Europe 1-2 business days, USA, Canada and Asia will receive their orders in 2-3 business days, Middle East, Australia, New Zealand will receive their orders 3-4 business days. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers). The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. MEV'S Atelier has no control over these charges and we can't tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

1. Check if the items were sent separately: We may have sent your items in separate parcels so please check your emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately. If your order has been sent in different parcels then each delivery note will tell you the items you can expect to find inside. Please check the delivery notes from each part of your order to make sure you're not missing anything. 2. Contact Us: If an item is missing, please contact our Customer Care team by chosing one of the below options with the order number and the missing item's name and number. We will resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can.

We want to give you a hassle-free way to return anything, so you can return any item to us within 7 days of receiving your original order, including sale items. As an International customer, you can return your parcel using DHL Express. To return an item, you have to submit a return request via our [email protected] e-mail address. Please include your order number and the reason for your return. We will review your request and issue you a return authorization upon approval and provide you with the mailing address for your return via e-mail. All items must arrive unused and in the original packaging with the product invoice. You have to pack and ship the products you want to return in their original packaging, undamaged and unused. Mev's Atelier is not responsible for the lost or damaged items through a return. While returning fragile products, you must pack the items within their original protection materials (styrofoam, bubble wrap, parcel). Therefore, the responsibility for any damage during the shipping belongs to the customer. Please ask us to share the cargo tracking number you sent with us at [email protected] . Please note - you'll need to cover the postage and any relevant duty costs yourself. It's a good idea to mark your parcel as 'returned goods' to avoid being charged any duties. After checking the conformity of your product within the return conditions, you will be notified by email. You will be refunded within 3-5 working days from the confirmation message sent to your email. The product price will be returned to you and the shipping fee will not be refunded. If the items are not in accordance with the return conditions; the related product will be sent back free of charge with shipping to your address.

The pre-order item is an item which you have the chance to purchase in preview from the new collection or a limited edition. It means that the item is still in production when ordered and not immediately available in our warehouse. Once you run checkout it is important to verify if the product is in pre-order or not. Delivery times may vary for pre-orders.
The advantage of buying an item in pre-order is that you can guarantee the size or item you want without risking that it runs out as soon as it is available in our warehouse. Requests for certain items can be multiple. For this reason, their availability can run out even before they are physically available in stock.
Delivery times may vary for pre-orders. Once that the item is available in our warehouse, your order will be dispatched within two days. Please keep in mind that if you placed an order containing a pre order item, the entire order will be on hold and dispatched at once.
