DELIVERY

International deliveries will be shipped within 3-5 business days with DHL Express.

Our customer in Europe 1-2 business days, USA, Canada and Asia will receive their orders in 2-3 business days, Middle East, Australia, New Zealand will receive their orders 3-4 business days.  On a rare occasion, packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

Shipping cost differs according to the country. You can see the cost in the order form after entering your address details.

Please Note 

  • All international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers). The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. MEV'S Atelier has no control over these charges and we can't tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
  • The recipients will be responsible for any IMPORT DUTIES, CLEARANCE FEES or BROKERAGE fees including any other additional charges. 

 


RETURN & EXCHANGES

What is the return policy?

  • Within 7 days following the day your order arrives, you will be able to fulfill the return within the criteria listed below, along with the product invoice. We only ask for the items you are returning to be in original condition and unworn, unwashed or not defective. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet these requirements. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returns made within 7 days of the receiving date will be issued a full refund to the original payment method excluding the original shipping cost.

How do I return an item?

  • To return an item, you have to submit a return request via our [email protected] e-mail address. Please include your order number and the reason for your return. We will review your request and issue you a return authorization upon approval and provide you with the mailing address for your return via e-mail. All items must arrive unused and in the original packaging. Mev's Atelier is not responsible for the lost or damaged items through a return. 

Important Information:

  • You have to pack and ship the products you want to return in their original packaging, undamaged and unused.
  • While returning fragile products, you must pack the items within their original protection materials (styrofoam, bubble wrap, parcel). Therefore, the responsibility for any damage during the shipping belongs to the customer.
  • Please ask us to share the cargo tracking number you sent with us at [email protected]
  • Products that are hygiene sensitive such as underwear, swimwear, yoga mats, cosmetics, socks, etc. should not be used and the protection tapes and labels should not be removed. 
  • After checking the conformity of your product within the return conditions, you will be notified by email. You will be refunded within 3-5 working days from the confirmation message sent to your email. The product price will be returned to you and the shipping fee will not be refunded.
  • If the items are not in accordance with the return conditions; the related product will be sent back free of charge with shipping to your address.

 

What is the exchange policy?
 
Unfortunately we cannot offer an exchange. You may return your product within 7 days after receiving the order and re-order your replacement item.

  • - After checking the conformity of your product within the exchange conditions, the status of the exchange process is sent to you by email. 
  • - In case of not meeting the conditions of exchange; the related product will be sent back free of charge with shipping to your address.

 Are returns free?

  • Return shipping costs for a refund are not covered nor reimbursed by Mev's Atelier, and are the responsibility of the buyer. 

 What if the item I received is damaged?

  • Though we hope this never happens, if you receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us by e-mailing [email protected] and we will help sort out the issue.

 How long will it take my return to be processed?

  • We try and process returns as quickly as possible. Once we have received the item it will go trough return authorization. Once the return is accepted it will be ready for the refund. We will refund your money to the payment method for the purchase. You will receive an e-mail notification once the refund is issued. It may take up to 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your online statement depending on your bank.
